أزمة صلاة

أنا أب لولد مازال فى المرحله الابتدائيه، ابنى هذا فى بداية تعلمنى الصلاه له وحتى وقت قريب كان لا يواظب على الصلاة كثيرا، و فى سن 11 سنة قلت له من باب الاهتمام بالصلاة أن الله أمرنى أن أضربك اذا لم تصلى وأنا لا أريد أن أضربك فأما أن أدخل النار أو تصلى فندخل معا الجنه، فقال لى: ((يا بابا ان شاء الله لن تدخل النار ولن تضربنى)).

ومرت الأيام ولم أضربه مرة واحدة ولكننا كنا نذكره دائما بمبتلات الصلاة نتدرج معه فى سن الصلاة و الفرق بين الصلاة الصحيحهة والصلاة غيرالصحيحة و منذ فترة قصيرة لاحظت عليه والدته أنه يكرر الصلاة فى الفرض الواحد اكثر من مرة، فكان يكرر الصلاة مرتين ليتأكد أنه صلى صلاة صحيحة، ثم اصبحت ثلاث مرات ثم اربع، ولايرضى عن صلاته إلا إذاصلاها أكثر من مرة وبعد أن يجهد نفسه ويتعب بدنيا.

و بدأت أديق عليه وألزمه بالأيكرر الصلاة والوضوء فكان يقول لى((يا بابا أنا حاسس إن صلاتى مش مقبولة لأنى نقضت وضوئى اثناء الصلاة، وكل مرة أروح أتوضأ تخرج منى ((غازات)).

وذهبنا الى طبيبة أطفال وعملنا تحاليل سوء هضم وقالت فى النهاية أنه لا يوجد أى دليل على وجود غازات فى بطنه وان الموضوع كله وساوس شيطان.

وعندما سمعت زوجتى ذلك انهارت تماما واصبحت لا ادرى أتعامل مع أبنى أم زوجتى؟ وسبب فزع زوجتى أن لها قريبا فى الأسرة مصاب بمرض الوسواس منذ فترة و لا يوجد علاج ناجح له حتى الآن.

وبعد أن كنت أحثه على الصلاة أصبحت أتمنى أن ينسى ميعاد الصلاة لأنه بمجرد سماع الأذان تبدأمرحلة العذاب لنا جميعا فقبل أن يتوضأ اذكره بألا يستمع لوساوس الشيطان ويتوضأ مرة واحدة و يصلى مرة واحدة مهةا أحس أن صلاته غير صحيحة وأن الله وسيتقبل منه، ولكنه بمجرد أن يبدأ تبدأ المأساة و يظل يكرر ويقسم أنه سمع و أحس بخروج غازات منه وفى النهاية يقول لأمه(( يا ماما أنا عارف أن ربنا مش راضى عنى علشان زعلتك النهاردة)) أو يخترع أى حجة تكون سببا فى عدم رضا الله عنه.

و مشكلة المشاكل يا سيدى فى صلاة الجمعة،حيث يبدأ اليوم ببكاء أمه ودعائها له لعلمها ماذا سيحدث لأنه سيذهب الى الجامع، وفى أثناء الخطبة سيأتي الي البيت ليتوضأ مرة أخري ثم يذهب الي المسجد ثم يخرج ليتوضأ , ويقول وهو يكاد يبكي (( مش عارف ربنا بيعمل معايا كده ليه؟)).

أكاد أجن من عجزي عن التصرف  وأريد أن أجرب القصوة معه والشدة بأن يلتزم بألا يكرر الصلاة ولكني أضعف أمام كلامه الذي علمته أياه((يا بابا لا طاعة لمخلوق في معصية الخالق)) حتي أنني أقسمت علية في يوم أن يكتفى بما أداة من الصلاة و يذهب للنوم ودهشت أنه سمع كلامى، ولكننى فوجئت به بعد أن نام الجميع يصحو وحده ويصلى!!.

الآن أنا وزوجتى نلوم أنفسنا على أننا قسونا عليه فى الصغر لتعليمه أصول الصلاة الصحيحة حتى أصبح عنده هوس الصلاة والوضوء والخوف من النار وزيادة الحسنات، و الفوز بالجنة ونعيمها... ولكن كيف لطفل أن يصاب بهذا؟ سبحان الله هل يوجد علاج لهذا أو رقية أو تجربة  يمكن أن تهدينا الى تخفيف عذابى؟.

كيف نستقبل شهر رمضان

جاء في صحيح الترغيب والترهيب من حديث أبي أمامة الباهلي قال : سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول : " بينا أنا نائم إذ أتاني رجلان فأخذا بضبعي فأتيا بي جبلا وعرا فقالا لي : اصعد ، حتى إذا كنت في سواء الجبل فإذا أنا بصوت شديد فقلت ما هذه الأصوات ؟ قال : هذا عواء أهل النار ، ثم انطلق بي فإذا بقوم معلقين بعراقيبهم مشققة أشداقهم تسيل أشداقهم دما فقلت : من هؤلاء ؟ فقيل : هؤلاء الذين يفطرون قبل تحلة صومهم "

حال الناس مع رمضان على ثلاثة أقسام :

القسم الأول : من صاموا الشهر لأنهه عادة ألفوها وشيئ نشأوا عليه واعتادوه ، فهم يصومون لأن الناس كلهم كذلك ، فتراهم لا يحسون للصيام بلذة ، ولا يتذوقون طعم القيام في لياليه . فصيامهم صيام عادة وليس بصيام عبادة .ولهذا فلا تجد لرمضان أثرا في سلوكهم وحياتهم ، فهم هم قبل رمضان وبعده .



القسم الثاني : من استثقلوا مقدم هذا الشهر ، فتراهم تمر بهم ليالي الشهر وأيامُه كأبطأ ما يكون فتراهم يقضون نهاره بالنوم وليله بالسهر المحرم أما ما يغضب الله ويسخطه .

إن هؤولاء يرون في الصوم قطعا أو حرمانا لهم من بعض ملذاتهم ومتعهم التي اعتادوها طوال العام .

سئم أحدهم من رمضان فكان يقول :

دعاني شهر الصوم لا كان من شهر *** و لا صمت شهراً بعده آخــر الدهـر

فلو كان يعديني الأنام بقــــدرة *** على الشهر لاستعديت جهدي على الشهر

فأخذه داء الصرع فكان يصرع في كل يوم مرات متعددة، و مات قبل أن يدركه رمضان آخر.

ويقول آخر :

إذا العشرون من شعبان ولّت *** فبادر بالشراب إلى النـــهارِ

و لا تشرب بأقداحٍ صغـارٍ *** فإن الوقتَ ضاق على الصغارِ

وأما إذا انقضى الشهر فذاك منتهى سعادتهم وغاية مناهم ؛ يقول أحدهم متحدثا عن الخمر التي فقدها في رمضان :

رمضان ولّى هاتها يا ساقي *** مشتاقة تسعى إلى مشتاقِ

ما كان أصعبه على ألافها *** وألذه في طاعة الخلاق

بالأمس قد كنا سجيني طاعة *** واليوم منّ العيد بالإطلاق

فرمضان سجن إذاً عندهم . نعوذ بالله من الحرمان والخذلان .

إن هؤلاء القوم لا يهمهم إلا إشباع غرائزهم وملء بطونهم قال صلى الله عليه وسلم : " إن أكثر الناس شبعا في الدنيا أطولهم جوعا يوم القيامة " رواه ابن ماجة عن سلمان رضي الله عنه وحسنه الألباني .



القسم الثالث : من فرحوا بمقدمه فهو كالحبيب الذي طال انتظاره فأطل عليهم بطلعته البهية وخيراته الجليلة . فتراهم يغتنمون كل لحظة من لحظاته بعبادة تقربهم إلى مولاهم

هذا الصنف من الناس تمرّ عليهم أيام هذا الشهر سريعة جدا لا يشعرون بها نظرا لأنهم قد ملأوها بالقربات والباقيات الصالحات . ولهذا فالشهر عندهم كنـز يحزنون لانقضائه ، ويبكون لفراقه .

ومع هذا فليس انقضاء الشهر عندهم يعني انقضاء العبادة وانتهاءها ؛ بل تراهم يحرصون على أن يجعلوا السنة كلها صياماً و قياماً و عبادات وقربات، ويحمون أنفسهم عن جميع الملذات فضلاً عن المحرمات؟ أولئك هم أحباب الله وأولياؤه ، فما مثلنا و مثلهم إلا كما قال الأول :

نزلوا بمكة في قبائل هاشم *** و نزلت بالبيداء أبعد منزل

فنسأل الله رحمته ومغفرته .

إن رمضان لنعمة مسداة لنا من الله جل شأنه فهل عرفنا قدرها ؟

انظر إلى كرامة الله لك كيف أمد في عمرك حتى أدركته !!

تذكر من كان معك فمات وسبقك وأنت بعده ولكن متى ؟!

تذكر المرضى أيضا ممن هم حبيسي الفرش لا يقدرون على الصيام والقيام .



إن عبداً أكرمه الله بأن جعل في عمره فسحة لمغبون .( قصة الرجل الذي دخل المقبرة ونام ) وروى ابن ماجه بسند صحيح كما قال الألباني عن طلحة بن عبيد الله أن رجلين قَدِما على رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وكان إسلامهما جميعا، فكان أحدهما أشد اجتهادا من الآخر، فغزا المجتهد منهما فاستشهد، ثم مكث الآخر بعده سنة ثم توفي، قال طلحة: فرأيت في المنام بينا أنا عند باب الجنة إذا أنا بهما، فخرج خارج من الجنة فأذن للذي توفي الآخِر منهما، ثم خرج فأذن للذي استشهد، ثم رجع إلي فقال: ارجع فإنك لم يأْنِ لك بعد، فأصبح طلحة يحدث به الناس، فعجبوا لذلك، فبلغ ذلك رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وحدثوه الحديث، فقال:" من أي ذلك تعجبون ؟ " فقالوا: يا رسول الله هذا كان أشد الرجلين اجتهادا ثم استشهد، ودخل هذا الآخِر الجنةَ قبله ! فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم :" أليس قد مكث هذا بعده سنة ؟ " قالوا: بلى، قال :" وأدرك رمضان فصام وصلى كذا وكذا من سجدة في السنة ؟ " قالوا: بلى، قال رسول الله: صلى الله عليه وسلم : " فما بينهما أبعد مما بين السماء والأرض "

وقد جاء عن عبد الله بن بسر المازني قال : جاء أعرابيان إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال أحدهما : يا رسول الله ! أي الناس خير ؟ قال : طوبى لمن طال عمره ، وحسن عمله . وقال الآخر : أي العمل خير ؟ قال : خير العمل أن تفارق الدنيا ولسانك رطب من ذكر الله " والحديث صححه الألباني في السلسلة الصحيحة .



== وكان عليه الصلاة والسلام يبشر أصحابه بقدوم رمضان ويبين لهم فضائله، ليحثهم على الاجتهاد في العمل الصالح، فقد روى الإمام أحمد عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يبشر أصحابه :" قد جاءكم شهر رمضان، شهر مبارك، افترض الله عليكم صيامه، يفتح فيه أبواب الجنة، ويغلق فيه أبواب الجحيم، وتغل فيه الشياطين، فيه ليلة خير من ألف شهر، من حُرِمَ خيرها فقد حُرِمْ .

فحري بنا أن نحسن استقبال هذا الوافد الكريم، قبل أن يودعنا ويرتحل عنا، ويكون حجة علينا يوم الدين، فالمحروم من حرم نفسه فقصر في طاعة ربه في هذا الشهر المبارك.

إذا رمضان أتى مقبلا *** فـأقبل فبالخيـر يُسْـَتقبَل

لعلك تخطئـه قابــلا *** وتأتي بعـذر فـلا يُقْبَـل



==ومن السنة أن نقول عند رؤية هلاله : ( اللهم أهله علينا بالأمن والإيمان والسلامة والإسلام )

ومن حسن استقبال رمضان أن نستقبله بالتوبة الصادقة من جميع الذنوب، فهو موسم التائبين، ومن لم يتب فيه فمتى يتوب، ونستقبله كذلك بالعزيمة على مضاعفة الجهد، والاستكثار من الطاعات، من برٍّ وإحسان وقراءة القرآن والصلاة والذكر والاستغفار، وغير ذلك من أنواع الخير، ونستقبله بالدعاء أن يوفقنا الله لصيامه وقيامه على الوجه الذي يرضيه عنا.

فاحرص - أخي المسلم - على استقبال هذا الوافد الكريم، وأحسن استغلال أيامه ولياليه فيما يقربك من مولاك، وتعرض لنفحات ربك، ولا تكن ممن همه في استقباله تنويع المأكولات والمشروبات، وإضاعة الأوقات والصلوات، فسرعان ما تنقضي الأيام والساعات، وما هي إلا لحظات حتى يقال انتهى رمضان، بعد أن فاز فيه أقوام وخسر آخرون، نسأل الله أن يبلغنا رمضان وأن يوفقنا لصيامه وقيامه، وأن يجعلنا من المقبولين في هذا الشهر، إنه جواد كريم.

طبعاً هذه كتب بشرية يبقى تأثيرها محدوداً جداً، ولكن عندما يكون الحديث عن كتاب الله تعالى الذي خلق الإنسان وهو أعلم بما في نفسه وأعلم بما يصلحه، فإنه من الطبيعي أن نجد في هذا الكتاب العظيم كل المعلومات التي يحتاجها الإنسان في حياته وآخرته. فهو النور وهو الشفاء وهو الهدى ... وفيه نجد الماضي والمستقبل، وهو الكتاب الذي قال الله عنه: (لَا يَأْتِيهِ الْبَاطِلُ مِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَيْهِ وَلَا مِنْ خَلْفِهِ تَنْزِيلٌ مِنْ حَكِيمٍ حَمِيدٍ) [فصلت: 42].
ويمكنني أن أؤكد لك أخي الحبيب بأن كل آية تقرأها وتتدبرها وتحفظها يمكن أن تحدث تغييراً في حياتك! فكيف بمن يقرأ القرآن ويحفظه في صدره؟! بلا شك أن تلاوة الآيات وتدبرها والاستماع إليها بخشوع، يعيد بناء شخصية الإنسان من جديد، حيث إن القرآن يحوي القواعد والأسس الثابتة لبناء الشخصية.
وسوف أذكر لكم تجربة بسيطة عن مدى تأثير القرآن على شخصية الإنسان، بل تأثير آية واحدة منه! فقد قرأتُ ذات مرة قوله تعالى: (وَعَسَى أَنْ تَكْرَهُوا شَيْئًا وَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ وَعَسَى أَنْ تُحِبُّوا شَيْئًا وَهُوَ شَرٌّ لَكُمْ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ وَأَنْتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ) [البقرة: 216]. وقلتُ لابد أن هذه الآية تحوي قانوناً محكماً يجلب السعادة لمن يطبقه في حياته.


فقد كنتُ قبل قراءتي لهذه الآية أحزن بسبب حدوث خسارة أو مصيبة ما أو أجد شيئاً من الخوف من المستقبل، لأنني أتوقع أمراً سيئاً قد يحدث، أو أمر بلحظات من القلق نتيجة انتظاري لشيء ما أرغب في تحقيقه... وهكذا مجموعة من المظاهر التي تجعل شخصيتي قلقة أحياناً.


وبعد أن تأملت هذه الآية وتدبرتها جيداً بل طويلاً، وجدتُ بأن الله تعالى قد قدَّر كل شيء، ولن يحدث شيء إلا بأمره، ولن يختار لي إلا الخير لأنه يعلم المستقبل، أما أنا فلا أعلم. وهكذا أصبحتُ أنظر لكل شيء نظرة متفائلة بدلاً من التشاؤم... أصبحتُ أفرح بكل ما يحدث معي حتى ولو كان محزناً في الظاهر، وأصبحتُ أتوقع حدوث الخير دائماً ولو أن الحسابات تخالف ذلك.


فالله تعالى كتب عليَّ كل ما سيحدث معي منذ أن كان عمري 42 يوماً، فلماذا أحزن؟ ومادام الله موجوداً وقريباً ويرى ويسمع ويتحكم في هذا الكون فلم الخوف أو القلق أو الاكتئاب؟؟! وبما أن الله قد قدَّر عليَّ هذا الأمر واختاره لي فلا بدّ أن يكون فيه الخير والنفع والسعادة...


وهكذا تغيرت شخصيتي تغيراً جذرياً، وانقلبت إلى شخصية متفائلة وسعيدة وتخلصت من مشاكل كثيرة كان من المحتمل أن تحدث لولا أن منَّ الله عليَّ بتدبر هذه الآية وفهمها وتطبيقها في حياتي العملية.


وخلاصة القول: إن التمسك بالقرآن والمحافظة على تلاوته يؤثر إيجابياً على شخصية الإنسان، ويرفع النظام المناعي لديه، ويقيه من الأمراض النفسية، ويساعده على النجاح واتخاذ القرارات الصائبة، إن القرآن هو طريقك للإبداع والقيادة والسعادة والنجاح!


ما هي أفضل طريقة لحفظ القرآن؟


هنالك طرق حديثة في حفظ القرآن الكريم، ومن خلال تجربتي الخاصة في حفظ القرآن العظيم فقد وجدتُ بأن الطريقة الأفضل هي أن تضع القرآن في أولى اهتماماتك، وهو كتاب يستحق أن يوضع في المقام الأول لأنه منزَّل من رب العالمين سبحانه وتعالى.


وبالتالي سيكون هنالك هدف واحد هو الإصرار على حفظ القرآن، وبدون هذا الهدف لن تحفظ شيئاً! فعندما بدأتُ بحفظ القرآن منذ خمسة عشر عاماً، كنتُ أجد صعوبة بالغة في استحضار الآيات التي قرأتها على الرغم من تكرارها مراراً.


ولكنني عندما علمتُ بأن أفضل عمل يمكن للإنسان أن يقوم به هو أن يمتلئ قلبه بنور القرآن، أدركتُ عندها أن حفظ القرآن ليس أمراً مستحيلاً خصوصاً أن الأطفال يحفظونه فكيف بالكبار؟ فكنتُ أحياناً أترك كل أعمالي وأجلس مع كتاب الله تعالى متأملاً لآياته ومتدبراً لمعانيه ومعجزاته.


فكان تأمل هذه الآيات هو الطريق الأسهل نحو حفظها وعدم نسيانها، وكان لديّ قناعة بأن أجمل لحظة على الإطلاق هي أن يكون القرآن إلى جانبك في كل ظروفك الصعبة. ففي أي مناسبة تجد آية تذكرك بالله تعالى، وهذا يزيد من قدرة الإنسان على الحفظ لأن القرآن كتاب يناسب جميع الظروف.


وقد مارستُ حفظ القرآن عدة سنوات، وخرجتُ بنتيجة مهمة وهي: إذا لم تضع القرآن في أولويات أعمالك فلن تحفظه أبداً. وهذا هو السبب الرئيسي في أنك تحاول حفظ القرآن ثم تجد نفسك قد نسيت ما حفظته بالأمس.


ولذلك يا أخي الكريم إذا اتبعتَ أسلوباً في حفظ القرآن تتوجه فيه إلى الله بقلب نقي ونية صافية وتسأل الله من كل قلبك أن يعينك على حفظ القرآن، عندها سيكون أسهل وأمتع عمل تقوم به هو عندما تجلس مع هذا الكتاب العظيم وتبدأ بتلاوته وتكرار آياته وحفظها في صدرك.
لقد كانت طريقتي في حفظ القرآن أنني أقوم بتجزئة السورة إلى عدد من المقاطع حسب المعنى اللغوي، ثم أبدأ بقراءة كل مقطع عدة مرات وكلما مررت على كلمة لا أفهمها أرجع إلى التفسير، ثم بعد أن أتم حفظ هذا المقطع أبدأ بحفظ المقطع التالي ثم تبدأ عملية الربط بين المقاطع.


نصائح ذهبية لحفظ القرآن


- اختر المكان والزمان المناسب للحفظ لأن الذاكرة ترتبط بالمكان والزمان.


- اختر الصديق المناسب والصالح الذي تحفظ معه القرآن.


- اختر الوقت المناسب للحفظ وحاول أن تختار أفضل الأوقات ولا تجعل القرآن على هامش حياتك!


- إذا فشلت في الحفظ فكرر المحاولة مرات عديدة حتى تستمر في الحفظ وإياك أن تنقطع عن القرآن.


- علم نفسك كيف تحب القرآن! وتخيل الفوائد التي ستجنيها من حفظ كتاب الله تعالى.


- القرآن هو الشفاء وهو النجاح في الدنيا والآخرة وهو السعادة وهو الاتصال مع الله عز وجل.


لذلك سارع إلى حفظ بعض آيات القرآن لتلقى الله تعالى وأنت حافظ لكتابه فهذا أجمل يوم ينتظره كل مؤمن صادق: (من كان يرجو لقاء الله فإن أجل الله لآت وهو السميع العليم).


ما هي الأشياء التي تساعد على تقوية وتطوير المدارك؟


إن أفضل طريقة لتأمل القرآن هي أن تحفظ الآية أو السورة ثم ترددها في صلاتك وقبل نومك وأنت تسير في الشارع مثلاً أو تركب السيارة، بمعنى آخر تجعل القرآن هو كل شيء في حياتك، وسوف يسخّر الله لك كل شيء لخدمتك! وهذا الكلام عن تجربة طويلة.


وهذه ليست تجربتي فقط بل هي تجربة الرسول الأعظم عليه الصلاة والسلام، فقد كان كل شغله وهمّه وحياته القرآن. فهل هنالك أجمل من أن تعيش مع الكتاب الذي سيكون رفيقك في قبرك وشفيعك أمام الله يوم يتخلى عنك أقرب الناس إليك، ولكن هذا القرآن لن يتخلى عنك، فلا تتخلى عنه.


أهم شيء هو الحرص على القرآن والعلم من أجل الآخرة وليس لمتاع الدنيا، فإذا ما جعلت كل هدفك وهمّك هو الله فإن الطريق الذي سيوصلك إلى الله هو القرآن، وهنالك حادثة أثرت في كثيراً حدثت مع أحد الصالحين عندما كان على فراش الموت فقال لابنه: يا بني ناولني هذا الكتاب لأنني نسيت مسألة من العلم وأحب أن أطلع عليها. فقال: وما تنفعك هذه المسألة الآن يا أبت؟ فقال: لأن ألقى الله وأنا عالم بهذه المسألة أحب إلي من أن ألقاه وأنا جاهل بها!!! فأين نحن الآن من هؤلاء؟؟


إنني أعتبر أن حفظ القرآن هو أهم عامل لتوسيع المدارك وقوة الفهم، وذلك لأن الذي يفهم كلام الله وهو الكلام الثقيل والعظيم، يسهل عليه أن يفهم كلام البشر من العلوم وغيرها وهذا عن تجربة حقيقية. وثق أن الله سييسر لك الحفظ، يقول تعالى: (وَلَقَدْ يَسَّرْنَا الْقُرْآَنَ لِلذِّكْرِ فَهَلْ مِنْ مُدَّكِرٍ) [القمر: 17].


التفكر في خلق الله يزيد طاقة الإبداع


التأمل والتفكر في معجزات الخالق هو طريقة رائعة لزيادة الإبداع لدى الإنسان، وقد وجد العلماء أن التفكر في الطبيعة والكون والخلق يؤدي إلى زيادة في حجم الدماغ وقدرته على معالجة المعلومات بسرعة أكبر وكفاءة أعلى.


فإذا أردت أن تطور وتوسع مداركك عليك أن تقرأ في معجزات القرآن العلمية وأن تتفكر في الكون وتنظر في السماء وتتأمل في النجوم، وتنظر في عالم النبات وتنظر في المخلوقات من حولك، وسوف ترى الفرق سريعاً، سوف تلاحظ أنك سترتاح نفسياً وتشعر بالسعادة والاطمئنان أكثر من قبل.


لقد كان النبي الأعظم صلى الله عليه وسلم ينفق جزءاً من وقته في التأمل وكان يقول: (رَبَّنَا مَا خَلَقْتَ هَذَا بَاطِلًا سُبْحَانَكَ فَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ) [آل عمران: 191]. فهل نقتدي بهذا النبي الرحيم ونعطي جزءاً من وقتنا لنتأمل معجزات الخالق تبارك وتعالى في الكون والأنفس؟


الخشوع في الصلاة يقوّي الذاكرة


يحاول العلماء اليوم معرفة أسرار التأمل والخشوع، والخشوع في الصلاة هو أمر نفتقده اليوم، فنادراً ما نجد مؤمناً يطبقه في صلاته. ولذلك نجد تفكير المؤمن مشتت وغير مركز، والخشوع في الصلاة والدعاء وقراءة القرآن يقوّي الذاكرة ويزيد من قدرة الإنسان على الحفظ، ولذلك مدح الله أولئك المؤمنين بقوله: (قَدْ أَفْلَحَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ * الَّذِينَ هُمْ فِي صَلَاتِهِمْ خَاشِعُونَ) [المؤمنون: 1-2].


الدعاء ينشط الدماغ!


هناك أمر عظيم نجد معظم الناس غافلين عنه ألا وهو الدعاء، فقد كان جميع الأنبياء يدعون ربهم ليل نهار، وكان الدعاء هو الوسيلة لمواجهة صعوبات الحياة. وبما أننا نتحدث عن قوة الإدراك لدى الإنسان وهذه القوة هي بيد الله تعالى، فإن الله هو من يهب لك هذه الميزة ولكن بشرط أن تخلص في دعائه وتكثر الدعاء ولا تمل، وربما يكون أقوى أنواع الدعاء أن تدعو الله بأسمائه الحسنى، يقول تعالى: (وَلِلَّهِ الْأَسْمَاءُ الْحُسْنَى فَادْعُوهُ بِهَا وَذَرُوا الَّذِينَ يُلْحِدُونَ فِي أَسْمَائِهِ سَيُجْزَوْنَ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ) [الأعراف: 180].


حفظ القرآن يقي من الأمراض


أكدت دراسة جديدة بأنه كلما ارتفع مقدار حفظ القرآن الكريم ارتفع مستوى الصحة النفسية وتكونت عينة الدراسة التي أجراها الأستاذ الدكتور صالح بن إبراهيم الصنيع أستاذ علم النفس بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية بالرياض من مجموعتين: مجموعة طلاب وطالبات جامعة الملك عبد العزيز في جدة وعددهم 170 طالباً وطالبةً. ومجموعة طلاب وطالبات معهد الإمام الشاطبي للدراسات القرآنية التابع للجمعية الخيرية لتحفيظ القرآن الكريم في جدة وعددهم 170 طالباً وطالبةً.


وقد حدد الباحث تعريف الصحة النفسية بأنها: الحالة التي يتم فيها التوافق النفسي للفرد من خلال أربعة أبعاد رئيسة هي: البعد الديني أو الروحي والبعد النفسي والبعد الاجتماعي والبعد الجسمي. ولقياسها استخدم الباحث مقياس الصحة النفسية من إعداد سليمان الدويرعات، وهو مكون من 60 عبارة وحصل على معامل ثبات جيد.


وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة موجبة بين ارتفاع مقدار الحفظ وارتفاع مستوى الصحة النفسية لدى عينتي الدراسة. وأن الطلاب الذين يفوقون نظرائهم في مقدار الحفظ كانوا أعلى منهم في مستوى الصحة النفسية بفروق واضحة.


هناك أكثر من 70 دراسة أجنبية وإسلامية جميعها تؤكد على أهمية الدين في رفع المستوى النفسي للإنسان واستقراره وضمان الطمأنينة له. كما توصلت دراسات أجريت في السعودية إلى نتيجة تؤكد دور القرآن الكريم في تنمية المهارات الأساسية لدى طلاب المرحلة الابتدائية، والأثر الإيجابي لحفظ القرآن الكريم على التحصيل الدراسي لطلاب الجامعة.


وبينت الدراسة صورة واضحة للعلاقة بين التدين بمظاهره المختلفة، ومن أهمها حفظ القرآن الكريم، وآثاره في الصحة النفسية للأفراد وعلى شخصياتهم، وتمتعهم بمستوى عال من الصحة النفسية، وبُعدهم عن مظاهر الاختلال النفسي قياساً مع الأفراد الذين لا يلتزمون بتعاليم الدين أو لا يحفظون شيئاً من آيات القرآن الكريم أو يكون حفظهم لعدد يسير من الآيات والسور القصيرة.
أوصت الدراسة بالاهتمام بحفظ القرآن الكريم كاملاً لدى الدارسين والدارسات في مؤسسات التعليم العالي للأثر الإيجابي لهذا الحفظ على كثير من مناحي حياتهم وتحصيلهم العلمي، والامتثال لأوامره ونواهيه، وذلك لأنه من أهم أسباب الوصول إلى مستوى عال من الصحة النفسية. كما أوصت بضرورة اهتمام المعلمين والمعلمات برفع مقدار الحفظ لدى طلابهم وطالباتهم حتى لو كان خارج إطار المقرر الدراسي بحيث يكون إضافياً لما له من أثر إيجابي على تحصليهم وصحتهم النفسية.


تعليق على هذه الدراسة


إن كل من يحفظ شيئاً من كتاب الله ويداوم على الاستماع إلى القرآن يشعر بتغيير كبير في حياته، وأقول: إن حفظ القرآن يؤثر على الصحة الجسدية أيضاً، حيث ثبُت لدي من خلال التجربة والمشاهدة أن حفظ القرآن يرفع النظام المناعي لدى الإنسان ويساعده على الوقاية من الأمراض. ويمكن أن أعدد لكم بعض فوائد حفظ القرآن كما رأيتها وعشتها أنا وغيري:


1- صفاء الذهن.


2- قوة الذاكرة.


3- الطمأنينة والاستقرار النفسي.


4- الفرح والسعادة الغامرة التي لا توصف.


5- التخلص من الخوف والحزن والقلق...


6- قوة اللغة العربية والمنطق والتمكن من الخطابة.


7- القدرة على بناء علاقات اجتماعية أفضل وكسب ثقة الناس.


8- التخلص من الأمراض المزمنة التي يعاني منها الإنسان.


9- تطوير المدارك والقدرة على الاستيعاب والفهم.

10- الإحساس بالقوة والهدوء النفسي والثبات.


ولذلك قال تعالى: (بَلْ هُوَ آَيَاتٌ بَيِّنَاتٌ فِي صُدُورِ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ وَمَا يَجْحَدُ بِآَيَاتِنَا إِلَّا الظَّالِمُونَ) [العنكبوت: 49]. فهذه بعض الفوائد المادية الدنيوية، ولكن هناك فوائد أكبر بكثير في الآخرة، وهي الفرح بلقاء الله تعالى، والفوز بالرضوان والنعيم المقيم، والقرب من الحبيب الأعظم صلى الله عليه وسلم، فهل هناك أجمل من أن تكون مع الله ورسوله يوم القيامة؟!


والآن يا أحبتي! تصوروا معي حجم التغيير الذي سيحدث فيما لو قرأ الإنسان القرآن كاملاً وتدبره وحفظه وعمل بما فيه!! إن تغيرات كبيرة جداً ستحدث، بل إن شخصيتك سوف تنقلب 180 درجة نحو الأفضل، فهل تبدأ معنا رحلة التغيير منذ هذه اللحظة، فتبدأ بحفظ السور القصيرة وتتوكل على الله؟ يقول تعالى: (فَإِذَا عَزَمْتَ فَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُتَوَكِّلِينَ) [آل عمران: 159].

كان الهدف منها تركيب سلسلة موروثات جينية‏'‏ كروموزومات‏'‏ مستقلة‏. وقال العاملون علي مشروع تخليق خلايا اصطناعية‏,‏ ان استخداماته المستقبلية اكبر من ان تعد‏,‏ لأنها تمتد من تخليق مكونات مجهرية مفيدة في المجال الطبي الي توفير وسائل لإنتاج طاقة بديلة او تنظيف البيئة‏.‏ وعمل فريق من العلماء يقودهم كريج فنتر في مركزه العلمي الخاص في ميرلاند بالولايات المتحدة علي اخذ موروثات بكتيريا سريعة التكاثر‏,‏ مكونة من مليون جين‏,‏ ومن ثم تفكيكها واضافة مكونات جديدة اليها‏,‏ في مشروع بدأ في عام‏1995,‏ وبعد بناء المنظومة الجينية الجديدة‏,‏ جري تثبيت مكوناتها باستخدام مادة مستخلصة من الخميرة‏,‏ ومن ثم زرعها في خلية بكتريا افرغت من جيناتها القديمة‏,‏ وقد تقبلت الخلية الجينات الجديدة وبدأت في التكاثر الطبيعي‏,‏ وانفق العلماء‏40‏ مليون دولار حتي الآن علي المشروع‏.‏


ويشرح فنتر طبيعة المشروع قائلا ان‏:'‏ هذه الخلايا حية‏,‏ ولكن الفارق الوحيد بينها وبين سائر الخلايا هي انها لا تمتلك تاريخا طبيعيا‏,‏ بل ان الكمبيوتر هو والدها‏'.‏


وأضاف قائلا‏:‏ ان فريقه ترك بصمته الخاصة داخل الجينات المصنعة للبكتريا‏,‏ وذلك عبر اربع سلاسل من السمات الوراثية التي تحمل شفرة تضم اسماء العلماء المشاركين في البحث وثلاثة اقوال تاريخية معروفة‏,‏ الي جانب عنوان بريد الكتروني‏,‏ وشرح العالم الامريكي اسباب ذلك بالقول انه قرر تحدي العلماء لمعرفة قدرتهم علي تفكيك جينات البكتريا التي ولدها في المختبر‏,‏ داعيا كل من يتمكن من فك الأسرار الي مراسلته علي بريده الالكتروني الذي وضعه ضمن الجينات‏.‏


وتحدث فنتر عن خطواته المستقبلية لاستخدام هذه التكنولوجيا التي تسمح بتخليق خلايا تؤدي كل الوظائف الممكنة‏,‏ وقال انه عقد شراكة مع إحدي الشركات للتلاعب بجينات طحالب بحرية بشكل يجعلها قادرة علي امتصاص الكربون من الهواء وتحويله الي وقود‏,‏ وكذلك باشر في تطوير لقاحات بالتعاون مع شركة أخري بالاعتماد علي هذه التقنية‏,‏ وقد تظهر تلك اللقاحات في الاسواق خلال عام‏.‏


لكن بعض الجماعات تخشي من احتمال ان تستخدم التكنولوجيا الجديدة في صنع اسلحة بيولوجية‏,‏ لذا سارعت لجنة الطاقة والتجارة في مجلس النواب الامريكي الي ترتيب جلسة هذا الاسبوع لمناقشة عواقب هذه الخطوة ما لها وما عليها‏,‏ بينما هون آخرون من شأن مدي ما بلغه العلماء في مسعاهم لاصطناع الحياة‏.‏


وتعقيبا علي هذه النتائج‏,‏ يؤكد في البداية الدكتور عبدالفتاح عطاالله أستاذ الوراثة بجامعة جورج واشنطن أن ما أنجزه كريج فنتر وفريقه يعد إنجازا كبيرا علي طريق العلم‏,‏ وذلك بتمكنه من تصنيع الجينوم معمليا وإدخاله في البكتريا الجاهزة‏,‏ وما عدا ذلك فهو مبالغة‏,‏ لذا فإنه يسجل مجموعة من النقاط لمزيد من التوضيح‏,‏ هي كما يلي‏:‏


‏*‏ أن لهذا العالم معهدين الأول في ميرلاند باسم معهد كريك فنتر‏,‏ والثاني في سان دييجو بكاليفورنيا‏,‏ وأن العلماء استطاعوا منذ حوالي‏25‏ عاما عمل ترتيب جيني لأي خلية‏,‏ وقد بدأ ذلك سنجر وزملاؤه عام‏1977,‏ وبعد ذلك بنحو‏15‏ ـ‏18‏ عاما استطاع العلماء عمل ترتيب جيني للبكتيريا‏,‏ وهي أكبر من الفيروس‏,‏ وكان ذلك عام‏1995‏ وكان من بينهم كريج نفسه‏.‏


‏*‏ وكانت البدايات هي الإمساك بجينوم البكتريا وتقطيعه إلي قطع صغيرة باستعمال إنزيمات معينة‏,‏ ثم تؤخذ الأجزاء التي تم تقطيعها وتوضع في مكان آخر‏,‏ من هنا اكتسبت الهندسة الوراثية تسميتها‏,‏ حيث يتم ـ مثلا ـ أخذ جين معين من جينوم الإنسان ووضعه في البكتريا حتي نصنع الأنسولين‏,‏ وقد أحدث ذلك رد فعل كبيرا آنذاك قبل‏25‏ عاما‏.‏


‏*‏منذ نحو‏25‏ عاما تم صنع جهاز أو ماكينة لتصنيع الجينوم‏,‏ فلو كان الترتيب الجيني معروفا لأمكن تصنيع الجين بالماكينة‏,‏ فالتصنيع في حد ذاته معروف من خلال ماكينة الجينوم‏,‏ واليوم يمكن تقطيع الجين الطبيعي وأخذ أجزاء منه‏,‏ ثم تصنيع الجين الذي نريده‏.‏


‏*‏ الجديد الذي جاء به كريج أنه بدأ يأخذ أجزاء طبيعية من جينوم البكتريا‏,‏ وأجزاء هو صنعها ووضعها في البكتريا‏'‏ بنفس فكرة الاستنساخ‏'‏ وأجري تجارب عديدة علي أساس أن البكتريا تنقسم وتنمو‏,‏ لكن تجدر الإشارة إلي أن كل هذه الأبحاث أجريت علي بكتريا‏,‏ وهي صغيرة جدا‏,‏ ولايمكن مقارنتها بنفس الدرجة البالغة من التعقيد التي تتمتع بها الخلية البشرية‏.‏


‏*‏ ووفقا للدكتور عطا الله فإن عنوان هذا البحث مبالغ فيه‏,‏ لأنه لم يحدث تخليق‏,‏ كما يقول‏,‏ بل مازالت هناك نواقص في البحث يجب حلها‏,‏ وما فعله كريج أنه أخذ الجينوم المصنع ووضعه في خلية بكتيرية جاهزة ثم انقسمت بعد ذلك‏,‏ لكنه لم يخلق جدارا للخلية الذي سيحوي الجينوم من الداخل‏,‏ واعتمد علي أن هذه الخلية التي نقل فيها الجينوم بعد فترة ستختفي بروتيناتها الأصلية وأن الجينوم الذي وضعه هو الذي سيكون مسيطرا علي كل شئ‏,‏ بمعني أنه يمكن إطلاق مصطلح التخليق حين يكون هذا العالم قد استطاع أن يصنع سيتوبلازم الخلية وجدارها‏,‏ لكن هذا لم يحدث‏.‏


‏*‏ القول بأن هذا الإنجاز سيمكن العلم من تصنيع وقود‏,‏ مبالغ فيه لأن ذلك يتم حاليا بالهندسة الوراثية‏.‏
